Account
- From the homepage, select the Login icon and register as a business or sign up as an individual.
- Complete the form with all relevant details (students may be asked to attach a student ID).
- Click Submit. You’ll receive an email confirming next steps - if it doesn’t arrive, please check your spam/junk folder.

Our website uses password less login, so you don’t have to remember a password.
How to sign in
1. Go to Login and enter the email address you registered with.
2. Select Send code (or Send sign-in link).
3. Check your inbox and either enter the 6-digit code or click the secure link.
Please note: codes expire quickly, and links are valid for one-time use only.
Didn’t receive the code or link?
Check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Clutter folders.
Make sure you entered the correct email address (try both work and personal emails if needed).
Wait up to 60 seconds, then select Resend.
If your company uses email filters, ask the IT Department to allow messages from our domain.
Lost access to your email?
If you’re part of a business, trade, or government account, please ask your account administrator to update your email address or send you a new invitation.
For all other customers, contact our Head Office on 02 8344 7300 during business hours, and we’ll update your details securely.
Security reminder
We will never ask you to share your sign-in code. If anything looks suspicious, please contact our support team before proceeding.
Most details can be updated directly from your Account.
What you can update yourself
1. Name, email, and phone
- Go to Login → Account → Profile → Edit.
- If you change your email (your login), we’ll send a verification link to the new address.
2. Addresses (shipping/billing)
- Go to Account → Addresses → Add new, Edit, or Delete.
If you have multiple locations, you can set a Default address.
About username and password
Our store uses a code-based login system, so there is no separate username or password to manage, your email address is your login.
Business and trade accounts
- If you’re part of a company account, some fields (such as company name, assigned locations, or tax IDs) may be managed by your account administrator.
Please contact your admin for changes, or reach out to our support team if you need assistance.

How your details are protected
● Encrypted & tokenised: Your card details are sent over HTTPS and converted into secure tokens. We never see or store your full card number or CVV on our servers.
● Bank-grade compliance: Shopify’s payment environment is audited to PCI Level 1 and undergoes continuous monitoring.
● Extra verification when needed: We support 3D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication (e.g., a bank-issued code or app approval) where required to help prevent unauthorised use.
● Saved cards are vaulted: If you choose to save a card, it’s stored in Shopify’s PCI-compliant vault. You can remove saved cards anytime from Account → Payment methods.
Tips for a safe checkout
● Make sure the address bar shows our correct domain and a lock icon (HTTPS).
● Don’t share one-time sign-in codes with anyone.
● If anything looks unusual, contact our support team before proceeding.
